Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
We publish content on our own Facebook Pages (for example AI news and knowledge, and later stories for parents and families). The content is made with the help of AI and a person reviews and approves every post before it goes out. Our Pages are not made for children under 13.
We use our own software with the Meta Graph API for two things only:
- posting photos, videos, text and links to our own Pages, and
- reading statistics about our Pages and the posts we publish (views, reactions, comments, followers).
2. What we collect
- Our own Page data: an access token for our Page, kept as an encrypted secret readable only by the part of our system that talks to Facebook, and the ids and links of the posts we publish.
- Aggregated statistics: totals Facebook provides to Page owners, such as views, reactions, comments, shares and daily follower counts. They do not identify anyone.
- What we do not collect: names, profile pictures, comment text, private messages, follower or friend lists, or audience demographics. We do not sell data and do not use it for personalised advertising.
3. How we use it
To publish our content, to measure which content is useful to our audience, and to improve what we make next.
4. Where and how long
Data is stored in our own system, operated by the operator named above. Detailed statistics of each post are kept for up to 2 years; after that only its latest totals. Daily Page totals are kept while we run the Page with this software. The access token is deleted when we disconnect the Page.
5. Data deletion
To ask us to delete any data related to you, email pongsakorn@gmail.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the link to the related post or comment. We act within 30 days and reply when done. You can also manage or delete your own data in your Facebook settings at any time.
6. Children
Facebook users must be 13 or older under Facebook's rules. Our Pages with content for children address parents and families, not children. We do not knowingly collect children's data.
7. Changes
If this policy changes, we update the effective date above and announce it on the Page.
